Our foundation's objectives
- Promote numeracy and literacy amongst learners
- Educate and empower parents on the educational needs of children
- Encourage community ownership through parent participation and mentorship
- Improve and develop the cognitive, emotional and social wellbeing of learners.
- Provide a community-based service that encourages learner participation, parent involvement and facilitate job creation activities.
- Educate and raise awareness amongst the general public and encourage a greater concern, understanding and awareness among the general public on the educational needs of learners in the community.

Kairos-Lily Foundation was established to address the issue of poor literacy and numeracy levels in learners from disadvantaged poor communities. The foundation aims to become an extension of the classroom within a participatory community setting. The founders envisioned providing a learning experience not only to learners but to parents as well. Enrolled parents will be equipped with the essential skills to assist the children with their learning. Through specific interventions, enrolled learners will be moulded and shaped into resilient, academically competent individuals whilst journeying through the education system.
